The cancellation costs are:
- After confirmation of participation up to two months before the start of the fair: 25%
- Two months to one month before the start of the fair: 50%
- One month to 14 days before the start of the fair: 75%
- Within two weeks before the start of the fair: 100%
- No cancellation, no-shows and/or leaving the show floor early: 200% span>

Please note: even in the event of a last-minute cancellation due to illness, the full cost of the reservation must be paid. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance yourself.

Participation cannot be cancelled unilaterally by the participant, or transferred to another participant. The organizer always sends the participant written confirmation of the cancellation.
